1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp creme fraiche or heavy creme
4 anchovy filet

Place all items in the food processor and blend until the anchovies disappear.
