Ingredients
6 Medium cloves of garlic
2 Egg whites
2 Tablespoon lemon juice (better to use the bottled ready ones)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. Put all first 4 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. While the blender is ON start pouring the oil very slowly like a thin thread through the upper opening of the blender, you'll notice that it starts to make a fluffy creme, if you pour quickly all the process will fall apart and your batch goes to garbage.
3. Once pouring the oil is finished, Garlic spread is ready to use, refregirate.
