Latest Recipes1 Kg Red Tomatoes (ommanie preferably)
One whole garlic bulb
1 white onion
1 stick Fresh thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 vegetable stock cube
Fresh basil (OPTIONAL)
Pan sear tomatoes in a pot until slightly charred.
Transfer all ingredients on to backing tray with salt and pepper and roast for 40min at 200 degrees C.
Add to a pot the ingredients with vegetable stock and some more thyme and fresh basil.
Blend with hand mixer until smooth.
