Nick's Chicken with mushroom cream: Submitted by: Nicolas Zouein | Date Added: 16 Jan 2016 Ingredients:

1/2 kilo chicken breasts cut into bite sized cubes
1 TBS oil
1TBS butter
3 garlic cloves smashed
1/2 kilo fresh white mushrooms cut in halves
1 tin Tesco cream of chicken & mushroom
1 tin Campbells cream of mushroom with roasted garlic
2 cups water
1/2 ts crushed blacl pepper
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup peas
salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Fry chicken 3/4 done and set aside
Heat oil and butter and fry mushrooms when nearly done add the garlic fry 3 more min. and set aside on top of the chicken.
Add the carrots to the same skillet and fry 5 min then add the 2 cans and water and the peas, keep simmering on very low, DO NOT LET BOIL for 5 min then add the chicken and mushrooms and the pepper, adjust salt.
