1.5 bags flour (1.5 kilo)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup melted butter
2.5 ts granulated fast yeast
1/2 ts sugar
1/4 ts salt
warm water (4 or 5 cups)

Cooking Instructions:

put flour in a mixing bowl and make a hole in the middle, put the yeast, sugar, salt and mix them with the flour, pour the oil and butter and start working it out with your hand, add some warm water if needed, keep kneading until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes). cover and let rest overnight.
