Nick's Ice Cream

Yields about 1 kilo of icecream

Vanilla flavor:
2 cups milk
1.5 cup sugar
2 sachets of "Dream Whip" topping, already prepared with milk and vanilla as instructions on their box.
2 cups creme fraiche
1/2 ts salt
1 ts vanilla

For a choclate flavored version add 4 TBS cocoa powder.

Cooking Instructions:

1- Prepare the Dream Whip as per the instructions on their box and set aside, meanwhile warm the milk and add the sugar and vanilla and mix well till sugar is completely disolved.

2- Once sugar is disolved mix in all other ingredients including the prepared Dream Whip, refrigerate overnight, next day put it in the freezer, use a electric handy blender to mix the icecream every 4 hours (3 times at least).
