Ingredients
2 cucumber pickles diced
3/4 cup diced Cheddar cheese
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4 boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
4 sandwich breads your choice
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, set aside.
Spread butter over cut sides of bread.
Spread the sliced egg over buttered bread.
Spread tuna mixture on bread bottoms, replace tops.
