PORTIONS: 6

1 cup Mayonnaise
1.5 TS Vinegar
3/4 TBS Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
750 Grams Cabbage shredded

-Carrot Coleslaw-
Add (175 g) shredded carrots to the basic recipe. Reduce cabbage to (500 g).

-Mixed Cabbage Slaw-
Use half red cabbage and half green cabbage.


Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a stainless-steel bowl. Mix until smooth.
2. Add the cabbage and mix well.
3. Taste and, if necessary, add more salt and/or vinegar.
4. Hold for service in refrigerator.
