1 kilo minced lamb meat or small bite sized (your preference)
1/2 kilo minced lamb fat
1 TBS sea salt
start heating fat on low heat till they melt and boil off 1/2 their water,
add the minced meat continue cooking on medium till nearly all the water is gone
add the sea salt at the end after fining them in mortar.
to know the amount of water present at all times observe the bubbling, fat doesn't bubble, water bubbles.
fill in jars and close tight immediately after shutting the fire.
