16 SERVINGS:

1 cup grounded rice
1.5 cup sugar
6 cups water
2 cups yensoun water "See note"
1 TBS grounded cinamon
1.3/4 TBS grounded caraway

Cooking Instructions:

Note: To make Yensoun water: Add 2 cups of water to a kettle with 2 TBS of yensoun "Anise" seeds, boil for 2 min then leave soaked in hot water for 30 min then drain and collect the yensoun water.

Add all above ingredients including the obtained yensoun water to a pot on medium heat while mixing non stop till you get it to the right thickness (APROX. 1 HOUR).

Pour the mixture into your desired serving cups and refrigerate till cold.

When serving decorate with grated coconut, pistachio, walnut, almonds
