2 cups of flour (double 0 preferably)
2 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup semolina
Create a well in the middle of the flour and place eggs.
Slowly incorporate flour with eggs using a fork.
Kneed dough for 10 minutes.
Wrap with cling-film and let the dough rest for 30 mins.
Divide dough for several equal pieces and add flour or semolina during the kneading process.
Boiling takes no longer than 2 minutes.
