Marinate for raw shrimp:
800g Raw Shrimp
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 Lemon Juice
1 TBS olive oil
For cooking shrimp:
1/2 tsp butter
handful of chopped parsley
dash of lemon juice
Creamy Sauce:
250g Milk
120g cream cheese
40g Parmesan
Extra seasonings from the previously mentioned
25ml pasta water
500g cooked linguine pasta
Handful of spinach (OPTIONAL)
Add the mentioned ingredients to raw shrimp and rub.
Fry shrimp on medium high heat for 6 min. then add butter, Parsley, Lemon. Remove the shrimp from pan.
In the same empty pan, add all the ingredients for the creamy sauce, including pasta water and mix till it thickens.
Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, spinach, parsley and squeeze of lemon.
Garnish with Parmesan.
