2 cups burgul khichen
1 kilo peeled diced tomato or 1x 400g. jarred or canned tomato
3 diced medium onions
1/2 cup olive oil
1 ts reb harr paste
1 TBS tomato paste
1 ts chicken bouillon powder and 1 chicken maggie cube
1/2 ts black pepper
3.5 cups water
1 ts salt
Saute onion in olive oil until light golden, add the tomato paste and reb harr
and continue saute for additional 3 min.
Add the tomatoes, black pepper and salt after 4 min add the burgul, chicken bouillon and water.
Cover and simmer on low heat for aprox. 40 min till burgul is tender.
