Both mafroumin 1 time 3ane3em

25g salt
20g coriander
20g makanek spices
1/4 teaspoon kebch 2renfol
zaref meskeh mathoun
1/3 bottle dry white wine
snoubar
2 Tablespoons HP sauce (optional)
1/4 cup whiskey (optional)
sheep casing for stuffing (mosran)

Cooking Instructions:

Soak mixed ingredients at least 5 hours prior to stuffing in casing, better overnight.
Soak the casing 4 or 5 hours before use.
