3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup roasted pine nuts + 1 TBS cooking oil
1 ts salt
1 ts crushed black pepper
Roast the nuts with the 1 TBS cooking oil in a pan on low heat while while mixing with a wooden spoon, keep an eye they burn quickly, blond them do not burn.
Move pines to a food processor, add all other ingredients including the 1/2 cup olive oil, process in blender, add more olive oil if needed till you get it right.
