Indian Kebab with chilli sauce

1.5 tbs ginger/garlic paste (2 cloves garlic + a 2 cm piece of ginger. Both minced)
1 ts mustard powder
7 green curry leaves
1/3 bottle chilli sauce (Heinz)
1 can diced tomato
1 ts paprika
1 ts tomato paste
1 tbs sugar
1 ts salt
chili powder to taste
1/2 kilo kebabs (80% lamb meat + 20% fat + 1 big onion + salt. Minced altogether)

How to:
Saute the ginger/garlic and curry leaves with 4 tbs of oil until translucent, add the mustard continue on medium heat for another 3 minutes. Add all the other ingredients and let simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the kebabs shaping them like fingers, add them to the simmering pot the last 7 minutes till they cook. Do not over cook !!
